Starting from Sandy Bay, head west on the main coastal road, known as Sir Herbert Miles Road. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers. You will pass by the sandy beach areas and residential neighborhoods. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you toward the Upper Rock Nature Reserve. After approximately 2 kilometers, turn left onto Engineer Road. Follow this road until it forks, then take the right fork into Engineer Promenade. You should arrive at the promenade, which offers beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.
