Walking
If you are starting from the central square of Alexandroupoli (Πλατεία Ελευθερίας), head towards the sea. Walk straight down the main pedestrian street, which is known as Ελευθερίου Βενιζέλου. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the waterfront promenade. Turn left at the promenade and walk along the coast for another 5 minutes. You will see Πλατεία Φάρου, which is located near the lighthouse. The square is easily identifiable due to the iconic lighthouse and the surrounding cafes.

From the central bus station (ΚΤΕΛ), take a city bus heading towards the city center. The buses are frequent and will take you to the stop near the waterfront. Get off at the stop called 'Λιμάνι', which is close to the promenade. From there, walk towards the sea and follow the promenade to your left for about 5 minutes until you reach Πλατεία Φάρου.
