If you're starting from the center of Alexandroupoli, head towards the waterfront promenade. Walk along the waterfront, enjoying the view of the Aegean Sea. Continue walking until you reach the main road, Leoforos Dimokratias. Turn right on Leoforos Dimokratias and follow the road for about 1 kilometer. You will come across a bus stop for local buses. Look for the bus route that heads towards 'Melia' or 'Evosmos'. Get on the bus and enjoy the ride. Once you reach the stop for 'Unnamed Road', disembark and follow the signs pointing towards the Traditional Melia Windmills, which should be a short walk ahead.
