Our bike tour with Athens by Bike led by Kostas was FANTASTIC!! Upon arrival we were welcomed and checked in with ease. All of us were fitted with helmets and bikes named after Greek culture. The group size was comfortable with 9 people, my family being 5 of them. Kostas made the tour so personal and fun and knew all of our names within minutes. He took us on a safe, efficient, and entertaining tour of historical Athens! We had a great private view point of the acropolis for photos, saw many churches, gardens, parks and cats! We saw the stadium of the first Olympic Games and he timed the tour so we could see the changing of the guards outside the Greek parliament. Kostas shared not only the history of Athens, but also his personal experience of growing up in Greece. It made the tour feel as though we were experiencing the city from a friend, not a guide. He was also very interested in our lives and travel and provided us with plenty of recommendations for our stay in Athens and surround islands. I’ve been on many city bike tours, and this was without a doubt the best. Thank you Kostas!!

Lovely day in Athens!

So glad we did this private tour, that allowed us to do things at our own pace with our amazing driver and local guide Socrates! We did not opt for an actual tour guide to go with us and just had the amazing Socrates, who ensured we were schooled on all the highlights and history between sights and sites. He knew a LOT and really provided so much great information, despite just escorting us around this great city of Athens and we were able to guide ourselves through the Acropolis, Museum, etc. We are the type of adventurers that like to do things at random pace and not follow a scripted tour so it was perfection and we felt like we won the driver lottery with Socrates!

Very good mythological tour

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided many insights as we went through the acropolis and the museum. she was also excellent in helping us taking pictures and ensuring no one gets left behind in the massive crowd.
