These include Broad-leaved Melnik Vine (Shiroka Melnik), Early Melnik Vine (Melnik 55), Ruen, and Mavrud, alongside Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and others. The winery's location, cradled by the Pirin, Belasitsa, and Slavyanka mountains, enjoys a favorable Mediterranean climate and unique terroir.The modern winery, which opened in 2013, is built on three levels, incorporating a gravity-flow system for gentle wine production. Visitors can explore the underground cellars, carved into the sandy hill, where wines age in oak barrels under constant temperature and humidity. The tasting room offers panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards.
