Breathtaking Sunset Views at Chania's Scenic Park

Getting There

• Walking

  Start at the Old Venetian Harbor (a popular tourist spot). From the harbor, head east along Akti Kountourioti street until you reach the intersection with El. Venizelou street. Turn left onto El. Venizelou. Continue walking straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers (about 20 minutes) until you reach the address El. Venizelou 150, where the Park with sunset view is located. The park is situated on a hill, providing a panoramic view of the sunset over the sea.

• Public Transport

  From the central bus station in Chania, take bus number 21 towards Akrotiri. Get off at the stop named 'El. Venizelou'. From there, walk approximately 500 meters (about 7 minutes) east along El. Venizelou street until you reach the park at El. Venizelou 150. The park is known for its beautiful sunset views over the water.

• Bicycle

  If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Old Town of Chania. Cycle towards the Old Venetian Harbor, then follow the same route as pedestrians by moving east along Akti Kountourioti street. Upon reaching the intersection with El. Venizelou street, turn left. Continue cycling straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you arrive at El. Venizelou 150. The park is at a higher elevation, so be prepared for a bit of a climb.
