Getting There

• Walking

  Minoan's World is centrally located in Chania Town, a short walk from many popular points of interest. From the Old Venetian Harbor, walk east along the waterfront promenade, then turn inland towards the Old Market (Agora). Continue past the market on Ipsilanton street; Minoan's World will be on your right. The walk is generally flat and takes about 5-10 minutes. No costs are involved.

• Public Transport

  The Chania Central Bus Station is located within a 5-minute walk of Minoan's World. From the bus station, walk north on Kydonias Street, then turn right onto Ipsilanton Street. Minoan's World will be on your left. Urban bus tickets cost approximately €1.20 - €2.50 depending on the zone. Purchase tickets at the bus station or from kiosks. Tickets purchased on the bus are more expensive.

• Taxi

  Taxis are readily available throughout Chania Town. A taxi from the Old Venetian Harbor to Minoan's World will cost approximately €5-€8, depending on traffic and time of day. Taxi ranks are located near the harbor and other central locations. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.

• Driving

  If driving, navigate to Ipsilanton 10, Chania. Note that there is no dedicated parking at Minoan's World. However, there are two parking garages nearby, and street parking may be available. Municipal Parking garage Kydon S.A. is located a short walk away on Peridou street. Parking costs vary, but expect to pay around €5-€10 for a few hours. Be aware of parking restrictions and time limits on street parking.
