Walking
From the center of Platanias, head towards the main road (Akti Koundourou). Walk along the beach promenade in the direction of the west. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Papanikoli Street. Turn left onto Papanikoli Street, and after approximately 200 meters, you will find Χρυσή Ακτή on your right. The walk should take around 20-25 minutes depending on your pace.

Public Bus
If you prefer taking the bus, walk to the nearest bus stop in Platanias located on the main road. Look for the KTEL bus that heads to Chania. Purchase a ticket from the bus driver (cost is around €1.50). Get off at the Daratsos stop, which is the closest to Χρυσή Ακτή. From the bus stop, walk back a few meters on the road, then turn right onto Papanikoli Street. Walk for about 200 meters, and you will reach your destination. The total travel time including waiting for the bus should be around 30-40 minutes.
