If you're driving from central Euboea, start by heading towards the town of Psachna. From Psachna, take the road towards Konistres. You will follow signs for Konistres, and the journey should take about 30 minutes. Once you reach Konistres, look for the coordinates GXWQ+6P on your GPS or navigation app, which will lead you directly to the Maniakiatis waterfall. There is parking available near the waterfall, but be sure to arrive early as it can get crowded, especially in peak season.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from the main bus station in Chalkida to Psachna. The bus ride takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Psachna, you will need to take a taxi or use a rideshare service to reach Konistres, as public transport options may be limited in that area. The taxi ride from Psachna to Konistres should take around 15-20 minutes, costing approximately €15-€20.
Walking
If you are already in Konistres and prefer to walk, you can hike from the village to the waterfall. The hike will take about 1-2 hours depending on your pace.
