Walking
If you are starting from the center of Ioannina, head towards the main square (Plateia Eleftherias). From the square, walk southwest towards the main street, Averof Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Mavrogeneous Street. Turn left onto Mavrogeneous Street and keep walking until you see the entrance to the old castle area on your right. Enter the castle grounds, and the Clock Tower is located within the castle walls, a short walk from the entrance.

From the Ioannina Bus Station, take a local bus to the city center (look for routes that go to Plateia Eleftherias). Once you arrive at the square, follow the same walking directions: head southwest towards Averof Street, turn left onto Mavrogeneous Street, and enter the castle area to find the Clock Tower.

You can also opt for a taxi or a ride-sharing service from your current location to the Clock Tower. Simply provide the address 'Ioannina 452 21' to the driver. They will take you directly to the entrance of the old castle area, from where you can easily walk to the Clock Tower.
