If you are near the center of Ioannina, start at the central plaza (Plateia 28is Oktovriou). Head northwest on Aetolia Street until you reach the intersection with Aetorachis Street. Turn left onto Aetorachis Street. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters. You will see Katsari Park on your right, located at Aetorachis 8. Look for the main entrance, which is marked by a welcoming sign.

From the central bus station in Ioannina, take a local bus heading towards 'Katsari Park' or any bus that stops near Aetorachis Street. Make sure to ask the bus driver if you’re unsure. Once you get off, walk a short distance down Aetorachis Street, and you will find Katsari Park at Aetorachis 8. The bus ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes.
