From Kalamata city center, head to the central bus station, known as 'Ktel Kalamata', located on 1st of May Street. Purchase a ticket for Κάτω Βέργα from the ticket counter. Buses heading to Κάτω Βέργα usually have a sign indicating the destination. The bus ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Κάτω Βέργα bus stop, disembark and you will be in the village.
Walking
If you prefer walking, start from the central square of Kalamata. Head east on Aristomenous Street, continue straight until you reach the intersection with 1st of May Street. Turn left and follow this road, which will eventually lead you out of the city and into a more rural area. After about an hour of walking, follow the signs towards Κάτω Βέργα. It's a scenic route, but be prepared for some uphill sections.
Taxi
For a quicker option, you can hail a taxi from anywhere in Kalamata. Simply inform the driver that you want to go to Κάτω Βέργα. The ride will take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
