If you are in Kos town, you can walk to the Asclepieion. Head southwest on Eleftheriou Venizelou Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Asclepieion. Turn left onto this road and follow it for about 2 kilometers. The Asclepieion will be on your right side. The walk will take around 30-40 minutes.
