Walking
From the center of Larissa, head southeast towards the central square (Plateia Dimokratias). Walk through the square, and then continue onto the pedestrian street, 28is Oktovriou, which is lined with shops and cafes. Follow this street until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto K. Karamanli Street. Continue straight on K. Karamanli Street for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with 2nd Merarchias Street. Turn left onto 2nd Merarchias Street and walk for another 500 meters. You will see Chatzichalar Park on your right.

If you prefer to take public transport, find the nearest bus stop in the city center. Look for buses that head towards the Larissa Central Bus Station. You can ask locals or check the bus schedule for routes. Once you arrive at the Larissa Central Bus Station, exit and walk southeast along K. Karamanli Street. You will see Chatzichalar Park on your right.
