From Monemvasia, head southeast on the main road (E65) towards Neapolis. Continue for about 20 kilometers until you reach Neapolis. In Neapolis, follow the signs for Elafonisos, which will take you onto the ferry at the port. The ferry ride to Elafonisos takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive on the island, you can drive or walk to your destination.

Once you arrive in Neapolis, you can walk to the ferry terminal, which is a short distance from the bus station.
