You will need to take a ferry from Mykonos to Paros, which will take about 45 minutes. The ferries leave from the Mykonos Old Port. Once you arrive at Paros, head towards the town of Parikia, and then take a local bus or taxi to Epar.Od. Parikias-Marpissas, where the Ancient Marble Quarries are located.
