From Mykonos Town (Chora), make your way to the main bus station located near the Fabrika Square. Take the bus heading towards Elia Beach. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes. Once you reach the Elia Beach stop, you will need to walk towards the beach and follow the coastal path to Loulos Beach, which is about a 15-minute walk southeast along the shoreline.

Head to the Old Port of Mykonos Town. From there, you can take a water taxi that will take you directly to Loulos Beach. The ride typically lasts around 15-20 minutes. Make sure to check the schedule and availability, as water taxis may not run frequently.

Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Mykonos Town. Head east towards the road leading to Elia Beach. Follow the signs towards Elia Beach, and then continue along the coast towards Loulos Beach. The ride will take about 30-40 minutes depending on your speed.

If you're feeling adventurous and up for a longer trek, you can walk from Mykonos Town to Loulos Beach. Start from the Town center, head towards the main road leading to the east of the island. Follow the path towards Elia Beach, and then continue along the coastal path until you reach Loulos Beach. This is a scenic route but can take about 1.5 to 2 hours.
