If you are starting from Mykonos Town (Chora), exit the main square and head towards the narrow streets. Follow the signs for 'Kastro' or 'Folklore Museum.' Walk along the waterfront and pass by the iconic windmills, then continue towards the old port area. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will find a small path leading uphill to the Kastro area. The museum is located near the Kastro, a charming neighborhood known for its traditional Cycladic architecture.

From Mykonos Town, take a local bus heading towards 'Ano Mera' and get off at the 'Kastro' stop. After disembarking, walk back towards the town center for about 5 minutes, following the signs pointing towards the Folklore Museum.
