From Mykonos Town (Chora), head towards the Old Port. As you walk along the waterfront, look for the iconic windmills on your left. Continue past the windmills and follow the path leading uphill. You will come across the charming streets of Mykonos Town. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards the Mykonos Folklore Museum, which is located at Kastro Mykonos. The museum is situated within walking distance from the port, approximately 10-15 minutes on foot.

If you're near the Mykonos Bus Terminal in Mykonos Town, take a local bus towards Ano Mera. Though the bus does not stop directly at the Mykonos Folklore Museum, it will take you closer to the area. Once you disembark at the Ano Mera stop, walk back towards Mykonos Town. Follow the same directions as if you were walking from the Old Port, which should take about 15-20 minutes.
