From the Old Port, walk along the waterfront towards Little Venice; the church is a short distance further, near the sea. From Fabrika bus station, walk north through the town center for approximately 7 minutes. The narrow, winding streets are part of the charm, so enjoy the stroll! There are no specific costs associated with walking.

If arriving at Mykonos New Port, take the Sea Bus to the Old Port for €2. The journey takes approximately 8 minutes and departs every 30 minutes. From the Old Port, Panagia Paraportiani is a short walk as described above. Alternatively, take a KTEL bus from the New Port to Mykonos Town (Old Port) for approximately €2; buses depart hourly. From the Old Port bus station, it is a short walk to the church.

Taxis are available at Mykonos Airport, the New Port, and in Mykonos Town. A taxi from Mykonos Airport to Mykonos Town (Chora) will cost approximately €19-€25. From the New Port to Panagia Paraportiani, expect to pay around €16-€20. Within Mykonos Town, a short taxi ride should cost between €6 and €10. Keep in mind that there are limited taxis on the island, especially during peak season. There are taxi stands near Manto Mavrogenous Square and Fabrika Square.
