To reach the Mycenaean Tholos Tomb via public transport, start at Mykonos Town and head to the Old Port bus station. Board the bus heading to Ano Mera. The bus ride typically takes 15-20 minutes. Once in Ano Mera, walk towards the tomb, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. Head straight from the bus stop, then take the path on your left when you see signs for the tomb. Follow the path until you reach the site. Bus tickets cost between €1 and €3, depending on the distance.

If you're up for a walk from Mykonos Town, head towards the Old Port. Walk down the main road leading from the town square towards the port area. Once you reach the Old Port, look for signs directing you to Ano Mera. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with the main road. Take a left at the intersection onto the main road (Route 1) towards Ano Mera. Follow this road for about 4 km. Look for signs for the Mycenaean Tholos Tomb and a small path leading up to the site on your right. Allow approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes for the walk.

Taxis are available in Mykonos Town at taxi stands near Manto Mavrogenous Square (Old Port) and Fabrika Square. A taxi ride to the Mycenaean Tholos Tomb will take approximately 15-20 minutes. The cost can range from €25-€35. Note that taxis on Mykonos can be scarce, especially during peak season.
