If you're driving, start from Parikia, the main town of Paros. Head southeast on Epar.Od. Parikias-Pounta (Road 1). Continue on this road for about 2.5 km. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto Epar.Od. Parikias-Pounta, and follow the road for about 2 km. Turn right onto Christou Konstantopoulos Street, where you'll find the Windmill in the port at number 2. There is limited parking available nearby.

To reach the Windmill in the port using public transport, take the local bus from any point on the island heading towards Parikia. Buses regularly depart from popular locations such as Naoussa and Alyki. Get off at the Parikia bus terminal. From there, it's a 10-minute walk. Head southeast towards the port area, following the signs to the waterfront. Once at the waterfront, walk along the promenade until you reach Christou Konstantopoulos Street, where the Windmill is located at number 2.
