Walking
Start from the center of Pyrgos, specifically the main square (Platia Iroon). Head east along the main road (Epar.Od. Pyrgou-Kamariou) towards Kamari. Follow this road for about 5 km until you reach Kamari. Once you arrive in Kamari, you will see signs for the beach. Walk towards the beach area, and the Lifeguard Station will be located right on the beachfront, easily identifiable by its prominent signage. The entire walk should take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Bus
From Pyrgos, you can take a local bus (Bus Line 1) towards Kamari. The bus stop is located at the main square (Platia Iroon). Purchase a ticket from the kiosk or directly from the bus driver. The bus ride will take around 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Kamari, disembark at the beach stop. The Lifeguard Station is located directly on the beach, just a short walk from the bus stop.
