Bus
From Pyrgos, head to the main bus station located at the center of the village. Look for the local buses heading to Perissa. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Perissa bus station, exit the bus and continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the beach area.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, start from the center of Pyrgos and follow the main road (Eparchiaki Odos Pyrgou - Akrotiriou) heading southeast. This path will take you through some beautiful landscapes. It is approximately a 5 km walk, which should take around 1 to 1.5 hours. Follow the signs towards Perissa, and keep an eye out for the beach as you approach.
Taxi
You can also choose to take a taxi from Pyrgos to Perissa. Look for a taxi stand in the village or ask your hotel to arrange one for you. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to tell the driver your destination is Perissa.
Bike Rental
Another option is to rent a bicycle from local shops in Pyrgos. Once you have your bike, head southeast along the main road towards Perissa. The ride is about 5 km and is suitable for cyclists. Enjoy the scenic views along the way and park your bike near the beach when you arrive.
