If you are in the center of Rethymno, head southeast on 25 Martiou Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ethnikis Antistaseos Street. Turn left onto Ethnikis Antistaseos and follow it until you reach the traffic lights. At the traffic lights, turn right onto Ag. Frangiskou Street. The Archaeological Museum of Rethymnon will be on your left, located at Ag. Frangiskou 741 31.

From the central bus station in Rethymno, take any local bus heading towards the city center. Once you disembark at the main square (Plateia 25 Martiou), walk southeast on 25 Martiou Street. Continue straight to Ethnikis Antistaseos Street, turn left, and proceed to Ag. Frangiskou Street. Turn right onto Ag. Frangiskou, and the museum will be on your left.
