From the center of Rethymno, walk to the main bus station, which is located at 1-3 M. Vernardou Street. Once there, purchase a ticket for Sfakia. The bus will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. After arriving in Sfakia, walk towards the village center. Follow the signs towards 'Farangi Aradainas', which is located a short distance from the bus stop.

If you prefer a more direct option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Rethymno to Sfakia. It is advisable to ask your accommodation for help in arranging a taxi. The journey will take around 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Sfakia, ask the driver to drop you off near the entrance of Farangi Aradainas.

If you are staying near the coast and want to enjoy a long walk, you can walk along the coastal path towards Sfakia. This is a scenic route but can take several hours (approximately 4-5 hours). Make sure to bring water and wear suitable footwear. Follow the path that leads out of Rethymno towards the southwest, heading towards the mountains until you reach Sfakia. Once in the village, look for signage pointing to Farangi Aradainas.
