If you are starting from the Old Town of Rethymno, head towards the main street, Arkadiou Street. Walk along Arkadiou Street until you reach the intersection with Ethnikis Antistaseos Street. Turn left onto Ethnikis Antistaseos Street and continue walking straight. After about 500 meters, you will see the Hellenic Australian Memorial located on Igoumenou Gavriil Street, at number 38. The memorial is a short walk from the main historical sites and is easily accessible.
