From Rethymno's central bus station (Ktel Rethymno), take a bus heading towards Chania. Look for the signs indicating that the bus is going to 'Kalyves' or 'Georgioupolis'. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at Kalyves. The bus will drop you off on the main road, close to Kalyves Beach.

If you are in the Kalyves area or nearby, you can walk to Kalyves Beach. From the center of Kalyves, head towards the coast. Follow the signs leading to the beach; it’s a short 10-minute walk. Just head straight down Epar.Od. Kalivon-Georgioupolis 623 until you reach the beach area.

For a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Rethymno. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Kalyves Beach, located at Epar.Od. Kalivon-Georgioupolis 623. The ride usually takes about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
