From the center of Rethymno, walk to the main bus station located at 1 Agios Nikolaos Street. Purchase a ticket to Sybrita, which is the nearest town to Kourkoulou Winery. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Sybrita, exit the bus and head towards the main road. From there, take a left and walk along the road for about 2 kilometers until you reach the sign for Kourkoulou Winery. The winery should be visible from the road.
