From the center of Rethymno, walk to the main bus station located at 1 Agios Nikolaos Street. Purchase a ticket to Sybrita, which is the nearest town to Kourkoulou Winery. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Sybrita, exit the bus and head towards the main road. From there, take a left and walk along the road for about 2 kilometers until you reach the sign for Kourkoulou Winery. The winery should be visible from the road.

To take a taxi, you can easily find one at the taxi rank located near the harbor or call one using a local taxi service. Inform the driver that you want to go to Kourkoulou Winery in Πατσός Αμαρίου. The journey will take about 20-25 minutes depending on traffic.

If you're feeling adventurous and want to experience the scenic beauty of Rethymno, you can walk to Kourkoulou Winery. From the Old Town of Rethymno, head towards the coast and follow the shoreline until you reach the main road. Turn onto the road heading inland and walk for approximately 6 kilometers. Follow the signs to Sybrita, and after another 2 kilometers, you will find the winery on your left. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
