Public Bus
From the center of Rethymno, walk to the main bus station, located at 1st of November Street. Take the bus towards 'Margarites' or 'Anogia'. Get off at the 'Mili' stop which is the closest to Mili Gorge. From the bus stop, walk approximately 15 minutes in the direction of the mountains, following the signs towards Mili Gorge Trailhead. The trailhead is located at coordinates 35.3500662, 24.5100092.
Walking
If you prefer walking, start from the Venetian Harbor in Rethymno. Head east along the waterfront promenade until you reach the end. Continue straight until you reach the main road, and then turn left onto Epar.Od. Rethimnou - Margaritwn. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers until you reach the village of Mili. From there, follow the signs leading to the Mili Gorge Trailhead, which is about a 20-minute walk from the village.
