The Rethymno Ephorate of Antiquities is located at Arkadiou 216 in Rethymno. From the city center or the Venetian Harbor, it is easily accessible by foot. Walking northeast along Arkadiou street from the Four Martyrs Church, the Ephorate will be on your right. The walk is generally flat and takes about 10-15 minutes from the central areas.

Rethymno is served by KTEL buses, which connect the city with other towns and villages in Crete. Several bus routes pass near the Ephorate of Antiquities. From the bus station, walk along Kountourioti street, turn right onto Arkadiou street and walk for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the Ephorate.
