Walking
From the center of Ialyssos, head north on Ialyssou Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ferenikis Street. Turn left onto Ferenikis Street. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers. As you walk, you will see signs pointing towards Filerimos Monastery. The entrance to the monastery will be on your right side.
Public Bus
You can take the local bus from Ialyssos to Filerimos. Head to the nearest bus stop on Ialyssou Street. Look for the bus that is heading towards Filerimos. The fare is usually around 1.80 euros. Once you arrive at the Filerimos stop, it is a short walk to the entrance of the monastery, which is approximately 300 meters away.
Taxi
If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Ialyssos. Simply hail a taxi or ask your hotel to call one for you. The ride to Filerimos Monastery will take about 10 minutes, depending on traffic, and costs approximately 10-15 euros. The driver will take you directly to the entrance of the monastery.
