Start at the main bus station in Samos Town (Vathy). Take a local bus heading towards Karlovasi. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Selçuk.' From there, it is a short walk to Ayasuluk Citadel. Follow the signs or ask local residents for directions to the citadel, which is usually visible from several vantage points.

If you are already in Selçuk, head towards the main square (Şirince Meydanı). From the square, take the street that leads up the hill towards the citadel. It is about a 20-minute walk uphill. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing to Ayasuluk Citadel as you ascend. The path is well-marked and surrounded by beautiful scenery.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Selçuk. From the center of Selçuk, take the main road leading towards the citadel. The ride should take about 10 minutes.
