Getting there

Bus

From Fira, the main town in Santorini, head to the central bus station located on the edge of the caldera. Look for the bus that is heading towards Kamari or Monolithos. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the Monolithos stop. Once you disembark, walk straight ahead along the main road for about 5 minutes until you reach Monolithos beach.

Walking

If you are staying in Kamari, you can walk to Monolithos beach. Head towards the beachfront promenade and walk east along the coast. It will take around 30 minutes to reach Monolithos beach. The path is straightforward and offers beautiful views of the sea.

Taxi

You can take a taxi from anywhere in Santorini. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Monolithos beach. Taxis are readily available in Fira and Kamari. The ride from Fira will take about 15 minutes, while from Kamari it will take about 10 minutes. Confirm the fare before starting the journey.

Local Shuttle
