From Fira, the capital of Santorini, head to the local bus station, which is located near the main square. Look for the bus marked 'Kamari' and board it. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Disembark at the bus stop 'Episkopi' which is the closest stop to Panagia Episkopi. From the bus stop, walk about 500 meters towards the east along the main road. You will see the church on your right, easily identifiable by its distinct architecture.

If you are staying in the village of Pyrgos, you can walk to Panagia Episkopi. Begin at the center of Pyrgos and head east towards the main road. Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. You will pass through some beautiful landscapes and vineyards. The church will be on your left side, just off the main road.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from any location in Santorini. Simply tell the driver to take you to Panagia Episkopi. Most taxi drivers are familiar with this landmark. The drive should take around 15 minutes depending on your starting point.
