From the center of Imerovigli, head towards the main path that leads along the caldera. Follow the signs for Oia, as Turtle Rock is located in that direction. Continue walking for about 20-30 minutes, enjoying the stunning views of the caldera on your left. You'll eventually reach a point where the path begins to slope downwards.
