Our guide and driver, Haris, was absolutely amazing! We were incredibly fortunate to have someone who is a Santorini (Thira) native. His local knowledge made all the difference. He knew exactly where to take us for the best photo opportunities while helping us avoid the long lines and the extreme heat. One thing we really wanted to try was Santorini’s famous tomato fritters, and Haris took us to the perfect restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant was right on the beach, allowing us to enjoy an incredible meal with a beautiful waterfront view. Haris also recommended an amazing local winery and took us all around the island, making sure we experienced all of Santorini’s must-see highlights. His thoughtful planning, extensive knowledge, and friendly personality made our day truly unforgettable. Thanks to him, we were able to maximize our time, avoid the crowds, and experience the very best that Santorini has to offer. If you’re visiting Santorini, we highly recommend Haris. He truly went above and beyond to make our trip exceptional!

Kathrin was our lovely tour guide for the day, who took my mother (who has Motor Neurone Disease) and I around the island and explained so much about the geography of the area, the way in which Santorini has come to be today, and general knowledge about the people and the environment. She was so friendly, kind and so helpful with my mother. She brought a wheelchair along, as my mother’s ability to walk is very limited, and was happy to push the wheelchair as I took photos along the way. She took photos of us together to help us remember our holiday and showed me where to get a photo of the famous blue domes of Santorini while she kept my mother company. To top it off, she took us to a bar that serves the most delicious local wine which we both very much enjoyed. Travelling with my mother has been difficult due to her limitations, and Kathrin made it possible for my mother to experience the island in a way she wouldn’t have otherwise. We had a truly wonderful day and are both so, so grateful to you Kathrin - thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this experience possible for us. We will never forget it.
