The main bus route runs along the south coast, connecting Skiathos Town with various beaches and resorts. From any bus stop along the route, take the bus to Skiathos Town (Bus Stop 0). From there, follow the walking directions to the church. A single bus ticket costs €2.00-€3.00, depending on the distance traveled.

Taxi

Taxis are readily available in Skiathos and can take you to the base of the steps leading up to Agios Nikolaos Church. A taxi from the airport to Skiathos Town will cost approximately €15. From other locations on the island, fares will vary depending on the distance, with a base fare of €3.50 and €0.7 per km. Be aware that much of the old town has pedestrianized cobbled streets, so the taxi might not be able to drop you off directly at the church entrance.
