Public Transport

From St. George's, take a local bus heading towards Calliste. Buses are independently operated vans with route numbers on the windshield. The #1 bus covers the coastal side from near the airport through Grand Anse Beach to St. George's town. Bus fares range from EC$2.50 to EC$6.50. Ask the conductor to drop you off near Grooms Beach.

Taxi

Taxis are readily available in St. George's. Negotiate the fare before starting your journey. A taxi ride from St. George's to Grooms Beach typically costs between $9 and $12 USD. The journey takes approximately 8 minutes. Taxis can also be found near Grand Anse Beach.

Car

From Grand Anse Beach, drive north on Grand Anse Main Road. After 1.5 km, take the second exit at the roundabout onto Morne Rouge Road. Continue for 1 km, then take the first exit at the next roundabout onto Grooms Beach Road. Follow this road for 500 meters to reach Grooms Beach. Parking is available directly on the beach. Car rentals range from US$50 to US$75 per day. A Grenadian driving permit is required, costing EC$60.
