From St. George's, the capital, the #1 bus will take you to Grand Anse Beach. Buses are easily identifiable by the route number on the windshield. The bus fare ranges from EC$2.50 to EC$6.50 (US$0.92 to US$2.40), depending on the distance. Buses operate from Monday to Saturday, approximately 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, sometimes later in the Grand Anse area. Pay the conductor in cash.

Taxis are readily available from Maurice Bishop Airport (GND) to Grand Anse Beach. The taxi ride is approximately 10 minutes and costs around US$10. Taxis also operate from the cruise terminal in St. George's to Grand Anse Beach. The ride is about 13 minutes and costs approximately €18 (XCD 50). Confirm the rate with the driver before starting your journey, as fares are set by the tourism board.

From the Grenada Free Port, Grand Anse Beach is approximately a 40-minute walk (3.4 km). Follow the main road south, keeping the coastline on your left. Taxis are also available from the Free Port and cost $5-$7.
