From Tumon, take Marine Corps Drive south towards Agat. Continue on Marine Corps Drive until you reach Route 2A. Turn right onto Route 2A and follow the road until you reach Cetti Bay. There are parking areas available near the bay for visitors.

Take the Guam Public Transit Authority (GPTA) bus heading towards Agat from the nearest bus stop to your location. Get off at the Agat bus stop and transfer to a connecting bus that goes towards Cetti Bay. Ask the bus driver for the closest drop off point to Cetti Bay.
