Car
From Tumon, take Marine Corps Drive south towards Umatac. Continue on Marine Corps Drive until you reach Route 2. Turn left onto Route 2 and follow the road until you see signs for Cetti Bay Overlook. Turn left and follow the signs to the parking area. From there, it is a short walk to the overlook.

Public Transportation
Take the Guam Public Transit System bus heading towards Umatac. Get off at the Umatac War in the Pacific National Historical Park bus stop. From there, you can either walk to Cetti Bay Overlook (about a 30-minute walk) or take a taxi for a short ride to the destination.
