Driving
From Tumon, take Pale San Vitores Road north. Turn left onto Ypao Road, then left again onto Route 1 (Marine Corps Drive). Turn right onto Two Lover's Point Road. Follow the road to the parking area at Two Lover's Point. Parking is free.
