Starting from any hotel in Tumon, head towards the main road known as Marine Corps Drive (Route 1). Walk north along Marine Corps Drive until you reach the intersection with Route 3. This is approximately a 15-20 minute walk. At the intersection, cross the road and catch a bus heading towards Yigo. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the correct timings.

Take the bus that goes to Yigo and stay on it until you reach the 'Yigo' bus stop. This ride will take about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Once you get off at Yigo, look for signs directing you to Pagat Cave Trailhead or ask locals for guidance.

From the 'Yigo' bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile to reach the Pagat Cave Trailhead. Follow the main road from the bus stop, and look for a smaller road leading into the wooded area. The trailhead is located at coordinates FVXG+XV3, Yigo, Guam, and is marked by a small sign. Be cautious as some parts of the road may not have sidewalks.
