Walking
From the center of Yigo, head south on Route 1 (also known as Marine Corps Drive). Continue walking straight for about 3 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 15. You will pass by several local shops and cafes along the way. At the intersection, turn left onto Route 15 and continue for about 1 mile. You will see signs pointing towards Fish Eye Underwater Observatory as you approach Piti. The observatory entrance will be on your right. It is a distinctive structure, and you should see the ocean nearby.
Public Bus
From Yigo, locate the nearest bus stop along Route 1. Take the bus heading south towards Hagatna. You will need to transfer at the Hagatna Bus Terminal to a bus heading towards Piti. Board the bus and get off at the nearest stop to Fish Eye Underwater Observatory. You may need to walk a short distance, so keep an eye out for signs directing you to the observatory.
Bicycling
If you have access to a bicycle, start from Yigo and head south on Route 1 (Marine Corps Drive). This route is relatively flat and should take you about 20 to 30 minutes depending on your pace. After approximately 3 miles, you will reach the intersection with Route 15. Turn left onto Route 15 and continue for another 1 mile. Look for signs for Fish Eye Underwater Observatory; it will be on your right. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local traffic rules.
