Walking
If you are starting from the Central Park (Parque Central) in Antigua, head to the northwest corner of the park. From the park, exit onto 4ta Calle Poniente. You will see a large fountain and many benches in the park. Walk along 4ta Calle Poniente, and you will see ChocoMuseo on your left side at number 8. It's directly across from the park entrance.

If you are near the Antigua Guatemala Cathedral, start by walking towards Parque Central. Once you reach the park, turn left and walk along the edge of the park towards 4ta Calle Poniente. Continue walking straight for about two blocks, and you will find ChocoMuseo at 4ta Calle Poniente #8, right in front of the park.

From the local market (Mercado de Antigua), exit the market and head east towards Calle del Arco. Follow Calle del Arco until you reach the intersection with 4ta Calle Poniente. Turn left on 4ta Calle Poniente and walk straight. ChocoMuseo will be on your right side at number 8, across from Parque Central.
