Once on the bus, pay the fare (usually around 1 Quetzal). Stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes, and get off at the stop closest to 28 Avenida. From there, walk approximately 5 minutes south along 28 Avenida, and you will arrive at Sky Zone Guatemala.
