From the center of Livingston, head north on Calle Principal towards the waterfront. Continue walking along the waterfront promenade (Paseo del Puerto) for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Calle 3. Turn left onto Calle 3 and walk straight for another 5 minutes. Rasta Mesa is located at R6JV+5FR, just a short distance down the road on your right.

If you are near the dock area in Livingston, you can take a boat taxi to get closer to Rasta Mesa. Board any boat heading to the main part of Livingston and ask the captain to drop you off near the waterfront. Once you disembark, follow the waterfront promenade (Paseo del Puerto) north until you reach Calle 3. Turn left onto Calle 3 and walk straight for about 5 minutes to find Rasta Mesa on your right.
