Continue walking along the waterfront promenade (Paseo del Puerto) for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Calle 3. Turn left onto Calle 3 and walk straight for another 5 minutes. Board any boat heading to the main part of Livingston and ask the captain to drop you off near the waterfront.
