Start at the St. Andrew's Church, which is centrally located in St. Andrew. From the church, head south on La Rue de la Rocque towards La Rue des Bouvets. Continue straight until you reach the junction with La Rue des Caches. Turn left onto La Rue des Caches. Follow this road until you reach the fork, and take the right path onto La Vassalerie. Continue walking straight, and the German Underground Hospital will be on your left, just past the entrance to the La Vassalerie area.

If you prefer public transport, find the nearest bus stop to St. Andrew's Church. Take the bus heading towards St. Peter Port. Ask the driver to let you know when to get off at La Vassalerie. Once you disembark, walk approximately 5 minutes down La Vassalerie, and you will see the entrance to the German Underground Hospital on your left.
