Walking
Starting from the center of St. Anne, head east along the main road (Rue de l'Eglise). Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the junction with Rue des Vignes. Turn left onto Rue des Vignes and follow it until you reach the coast. Stay on the coastal path, which will eventually lead you towards the Essex Castle area. As you approach the castle, you'll see it on your left set on a slight elevation. The total walking distance is approximately 1 mile, and the journey should take about 20-25 minutes.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike at a local shop in St. Anne. Begin your journey by cycling east on Rue de l'Eglise. After approximately 0.5 miles, turn left onto Rue des Vignes. Continue along this road, which will lead you to the coastal path. Follow the path as it curves around the coastline until you reach Essex Castle, which should be visible on your left. The bike ride will take around 10-15 minutes, covering about 1 mile.
