From the center of St. Sampson, head east on the Rue des Monts. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Rue de la Perquage. Turn left onto Rue de la Perquage and walk until you reach the end of the road. At the end, turn right onto the Rue de la Saline, which will lead you towards the coast. Follow the road as it curves and leads you to Vale Pond, which will be on your left. Look for the entrance signs to the nature preserve.

Alternatively, if you are near the St. Sampson's Harbour, start by walking along the harbor promenade. Head northwest along the waterfront, enjoying the views. Keep walking along the coast until you reach a small road leading away from the harbor called La Rue des Goddard. Follow this road as it leads you towards Vale Pond, which will be on your left-hand side. Look for the signs indicating the nature preserve.
